Glazed Productions is a company that I envisioned, with the help of a local mentor.
It has always been one of my dreams to run my own company, be my own boss, and do the things that I love to do, "The American Dream" some call it.
It is my mission to help musicians build, develop, and maintain their websites and e-mail lists, so they can focus on the thing that they do, their music. This does not go to say that I will not accept other projects that are brought to me. I will take other projects on as well, whether it be personal web sites or other small business web sites. I strive to make your life simpler one page at a time, be you a musician, small or medium business owner, or just someone who wants their own website to play around with. Who knows your next personal site could be the next Facebook or MySpace...
I know some of you are probably asking yourself, "Why is this guy so interested in musicians, they don't have any money..." Well, I say this, musicians have enough on their plates, booking gigs, recording, writing, and playing. I do this for the sake of making sure that we get good music from these people who devote most of their lives to it.
While others may say, "Why help the little guys?" Well, it's those little guys that keep our economy running, and give the "big guys" something to look out for. Remember, Best Buy, and Target all locally operated in the Twin Cities area, were those "little guys" not to long ago themselves.
I have been designing and developing web sites since I was 13 years old. That gives me over 10 years of experience with the internet, and HTML. I have a lot of experience with advanced HTML code, and an expert knowledge of Fireworks. I am also highly proficient with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, FrontPage, and have been building my skills in other photo and web editing programs including Flash.
I also use a system called PHPlist for newsletter mailings. It is a very advanced, and organized system that allows me to collect e-mail addresses, send newsletters, and just about anything else that you could imagine from a newsletter system.
I believe that my Clients always should have a say in what is being done, so I am always willing to work with other sources. I also make sure that they are "in the loop" with everything that is happening on their site. Everytime there is a milestone added to your site, I will send you a polite and professional email letting you what has been done. If it seems like I haven't been in contact with you, please feel free to drop me a line and say, "Hey what's going on with my site?" Most of the time, it is me trying to debug some code or get something extra special working on your site.
If there is anything else that you would like to know about my professional skills, programs that I have access to, or information on any of the above information please feel free to contact me.
